Nikki Beach Global, the luxury lifestyle hospitality business, and Aldar Properties have revealed their collaboration towards developing three engraved residential buildings as part of a larger beachfront neighborhood on Al Marjan Island.
Residential sales are set to launch after this year .
Aldar’s partnership with Nikki Beach By Aldar, well known for its premium engraved residences, beach club, and resort concepts, aims to “redefine” seaside living in Ras Al Khaimah.
Marking Aldar’s inaugural residential project in Ras Al Khaimah, Nikki Beach Residences is set between Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both developed by Aldar in 2022.

The properties will offer fully furnished apartments with curated living spaces and wide balconies that offer views of the Arabian Gulf. The common areas include a club home with a lounge and restaurant, and a hospitality suite for hosting gatherings.
The development will also be the first wellness-focused neighborhood in Ras Al Khaimah to achieve global FitWel healthy building certification.
